List of  prerequisites for Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) features:

  •  An SuccessFactors system that has Recruiting Management (RCM) integrated with Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
  • RMK configured with Use Career Site Builder enabled.
  • Landing pages, data capture forms, email layouts, and brands configured properly.
  • Use Candidate Integration enabled, with Candidate Account Simplification selected.
  • CRM users must have a valid value in the Country field of the UDF file. A non-empty country field is required for candidate search to work. Customers using DPCS functionality must ensure that CRM users have a valid value in the country field of the UDF file.
