Your eSignature settings cannot be changed. Ensure that you have enabled SuccessFactors e-Signature in Admin Center



This error populates while switching back to embedded signature from remote signature like DocuSign. First step, ensure "Enable SuccessFactors eSignature" is enabled in Platform Feature Settings. If it still persists, we need to disable >> Save, again enable it back and save. This will resolve the issue.
