Alert: National ID validation are not working few times in Add New Employee page


When: If the switch "Enable Centralized Services to Add New Employee, Add New Employee for Fixed Term, and Rehire Inactive Employee" is enabled.

Test: Fill all the mandatory fields and in National Id section fill the incorrect data in National ID field. Submit the Hire. We could see that Hire is submitted, without any warning message shown.

Workaround: Disable the switch "Enable Centralized Services to Add New Employee, Add New Employee for Fixed Term, and Rehire Inactive Employee".
