- Joule is free to use with a no-cost Joule SKU (8017178). Ensure you've signed the T&Cs with your Account Executive.
- Required licenses include
- SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Global Account,
- SAP BTP Sub Account,
- SAP Build Work Zone (standard edition),
- SAP SuccessFactors License, and
- SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS & IPS).
- Joule should be available in your data center, and SuccessFactors should be live and integrated with IAS for user login.
